To start the evaluation/therapy process, simply call us at 734-454-0866.
Jill, our office manager, will ask you for basic identifying information and a brief description of your primary concern. At that point, you may either be scheduled for services, or arrangements can be made for a telephone consultation to help identify the which services may best serve your child.
We suggest you check with your insurance company to determine if speech therapy and/or occupational therapy are covered benefits under your particular plan. Although we do not bill most insurance companies directly, we will provide you with completed and coded insurance forms for you to submit to your insurance company.
