Why partner with Building Bridges Therapy Center for your therapy services? |
Our therapists have access to on-going professional development opportunities at no cost to you. We provide support for therapists to attend workshops and professional development courses throughout the year. Internal professional development programs are also available for our therapists. |
All of our therapists have the benefit of being part of our team of therapists. This allows them: · To consult with other therapists regarding challenging students. In particular, our Clinical Management Team has extensive pediatric experience in a wide variety of settings and are available to assist therapists with any client that they wish to discuss. · To be part of a comprehensive team of professionals including speech, occupational ,and physical therapists, reading specialists, and teachers. Learning from a comprehensive team of related professionals results in an exceptionally competent staff. |
Our therapists have current certification/licensure, criminal background checks, and fingerprint registration where required for school placements. |
You know that the therapy needs of your children will be met, without any concerns regarding the ongoing availability of the therapist. You do not need to be concerned about any prolonged absence or departure due to illness, pregnancy, or any other reasons. In such an event, we will provide a replacement therapist. |
Schools, government agencies, and other organizations all have obligations to deliver therapy services within set timeframes. This often requires that organizations have to maintain therapist staff levels adequate to meet the demands of their peak periods...the times when the most new children are referred for services. With a relationship with Building Bridges, we can place therapists based on your average ongoing needs—and then provide supplemental therapists during periods when additional support is needed. |
A contractual relationship with Building Bridges provides you with flexibility that a permanent hire model does not. You do not have long-term commitment or benefit obligations. We will agree to an annual contract, and you have the flexibility to adjust the engagement each year based on your needs. |
